Pricing

Since all families are different, recommendations and solutions can be variable, Family Tech Rescue requires a 30-minute consultation for $30 prior to any full appointment. After the initial consultation, Family Tech Rescue services are $50/hour. The $30 from the consultation will be deducted from the first hour. During the consultation we will discuss how long it is estimated the solutions will take so you will know exactly what you will need to pay before any work is performed!

You pay for the consultation through this website when you set the appointment. You can pay for the actual appointment via Venmo, PayPal, Cash or a Credit Card.

Hourly Rate – $50/hr

Some typical visit lengths include:

• Virus cleanup – 2-3 hours
• Parental control setup for 4 devices – 1 hour
• Connect printer – 1 hour
• Home office setup – 2 hours
• Wifi issues – 2 hours
• Smart Home device install and setup – 2 hours
